So I was searching finn.no (the same as ebay just for norwegian) for any cool watches and I see this Omega SeamasterPrice kr 2,900,- (485$)This is what he says about the watch.Selling an Omega Seamaster from 2005. It comes with guarantee card and user manual. Unfortunately I do not have the box. I can also trade the watch for a Rolex, Tag Hauer. Patek 2450 - reference and dating Q's
I have a new_to_me Patek - a 35mm rose gold identifed at ref. 2450. Looking at the Antiquorum catalogue and my various books, I see this reference no. with a couple different case designs. The case serial number also does not fit into the listings at: Brittons Patek dating. In looking at the movement number I suspect the watch dates to the early 50's . The watch needs service (broken set lever) and some cleanup and I am weighing the best course of action with an eye towards getting it back onto the market - and a bit more background on this reference and it's age would be helpful.

ROO 44 - Ti, old RG or new RG
I've decided to add a ROO 44 to the collection. If you all had to pick, which would you go for? I'd be wearing this relatively casually as I don't dress up often. Side note - is there still new stock of the old style RG? Or did this get discontinued a while back.

Hi Guys and thanks to many of you for expressing your opinions on my last post Tudor or OmegaIt really helped and having had the Tudor HC delivered I decided to send it back in favour of the Planet Ocean.Why?I found the Tudor a little bland, the dial albeit it cool looking wasn't anything special, the weight and feel of the watch seemed a little light and didn't seem to be as sturdy as a lot of the watches I have owned.In summary I liked the watch a lot but it didn't scream you must keep me.thc.jpgI have had a few planet oceans slip through my fingers over the years and really do like them but in the past have always swapped them for a Submariner when I had extra cash. one variation I had not had was the 42mm ceramic version, so I pulled the trigger on that one and am very happy with the watch. (lets see how long it takes to uprgade to a sub )po.jpg
